📦 Orders & Shipping
Each shirt is printed on-demand just for you. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping is typically 5–10 business days for most countries. US orders are usually faster. You'll get a tracking number by email once it ships.
Yes! We ship to over 30 countries through our print partner (Gelato). Shipping costs and times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that link to follow your package. If you haven't received a tracking email within 7 days of ordering, scroll down to the Contact section and send us a message.
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them — after that, they enter production and cannot be modified. Email us immediately at ContactGiggleForge@gmail.com if you need changes.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Because each item is printed on-demand, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues (please check the size chart on each product page). We do replace or refund items with printing defects or damage — just send us a photo.
We're so sorry! Email us at ContactGiggleForge@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and a clear photo of the defect. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed.
👕 Products & Sizing
We use premium ringspun cotton tees — soft, comfortable, and designed to hold prints beautifully wash after wash. The exact brand may vary by product but quality is always our priority.
Check the size chart directly on each product page. Our tees run true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
Most designs are available in 5 colors. You can see all available color options directly on each product page — the swatches are clickable and update the product photo so you can see the design on each color.
To keep the print looking sharp: machine wash cold, inside-out. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print. Avoid bleach. Treat it right and it'll outlast your sense of humor.
